These terms cover the use of annievickrey.com. They are deliberately brief: this is a site that describes a consulting practice. It sells nothing, holds no accounts, and takes no payments.

What this site is

An introduction to my work and a way to get in touch. The content is provided for information. It is not advice for your particular business until you and I have agreed to work together in writing.

Contacting me is not a contract

Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, reserve my time, or oblige either of us to anything. Work begins only under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price and timing.

I work as an independent contractor. Some engagements are contracted through Wiserframe LLC, a company I operate; MedSpaMaker is one of its studios. Where an engagement runs through Wiserframe, the written agreement names the contracting entity and the law that governs it, and that agreement takes precedence over this page.

The work shown here

Recent Work contains projects delivered for real businesses. The section labelled concepts and works in progress contains self-directed design work built to explore an idea, together with projects still in build. Each item says which it is. The Albanian Government Design System is an independent proposal and carries a notice saying so on the page: it is not an official government product and it is not endorsed by any institution.

Company names, logos and trademarks belong to the organisations that own them, and appear here to describe work and experience. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement.

Ownership

The design, writing, code and original graphics on this site are mine. You are welcome to link to any page, quote a short passage with attribution, or share it. Please do not republish substantial parts as your own.

No warranty

I keep this site accurate and available, but I offer it as it is. Descriptions of past work reflect what was done at the time. Results described for one business are not a prediction of results for yours. Links to other sites, including live demonstrations, lead to material I do not control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania, where I am based. Engagement contracts may specify something different, and where they do, the contract wins.
